What’s free, and what needs the household subscription?
One person, with every schedule and reminder, is free with no trial. A second person, inviting others to help, and sharing a link need the household subscription, which covers the household; the people you invite never pay. If it ends, every reminder still goes out and every dose can still be logged.
- In People, tap + to add someone.
- Choose monthly or annual and subscribe, then fill in their details and tap Save.
- On another iPhone, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
What the subscription adds
The household subscription adds the people you look after, such as children, pets, a partner or a parent. It lets you invite others to help, and gives sitters a link to confirm doses. It is monthly or annual, and it covers the household: the people you invite never pay.
When you add a second person, the subscription offer comes first. Once you’ve subscribed, the form for the new person opens, and you fill in their details there.
If it ends
Every reminder keeps going out, and everyone can keep logging doses. Adding people, medications, invitations or links waits until someone subscribes again, and the app says what still works.
Restore on a new iPhone
Restore Purchases in Settings brings the subscription back on another iPhone with the same Apple Account.
