The first to log it clears it for all, and everyone sees who gave it and when. A parent can go off duty for their custody week, as long as someone else is still reminded.

Type the label's directions and the app builds the schedule, asking where the label is unclear. Tapers, cycles, every few days, a different amount at each time, and doses at waking and bedtime that follow the person's day.

Reminders are Time Sensitive, so they show through a Focus. They can repeat until a dose is logged, and an overdue dose can fill the screen the next time you open the app. A dose that fails to save is never shown as taken.
